Tim Baldwin is a native Philadelphian. He currently serves as the lead Pastor of Bethel Deliverance Church-Northeast, a church with a Gospel-centered message under the guidance of his spiritual father Bishop Eric A. Lambert Jr. A student at Palmer Theological Seminary of Eastern University where he is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity Degree. He also attended and graduated from Eastern’s School of Christian Ministry in 2008 with a concentration in Biblical and Theological studies. Pastor Tim has a passion for young people as he served for four years as Youth Pastor at his home church, Bethel Deliverance International Church. He also has thirteen years of experience working with inner city juvenile youth. Church planting is a passion of his as he frequently consults with other pastors regarding church leadership, ideas and strategies.

He has over thirteen years of ministry experience and has a heart to see believers reach their full potential in Christ. He has been married to his wife Shante since August 2004 and together they have three children: Terik, Zaahir and Nevaeh.
First Lady Shante Baldwin, affectionately knowns as “Lady B” is an ordained Minister of the Gospel and a woman of deep faith. She passionately walks alongside her Husband and stands in full support as lives are renewed, reborn and rekindled week to week in their Ministry. She is a women yielded to God in every area of her life. She aims toward and produces excellence in her call to ministry. She is a powerful prayer warrior and Intercessor. Having a heart to rightly divide the word directed her to study at Palmer theological seminary. Adding another dimension to her already proven call to work alongside others in their journey moving them forward, pushed her to attended Christian research development Center, there she received a Certificate in Biblical counseling. Lady Shante has a heart for women of all ages. As the Director of Kingdom Women’s Ministry, she works to teach, encourage, equip, empower and guide women to the heart of God bringing life, health and wholeness. No doubt she is both postured and positioned for life impact. She has been called for such a time as this.
